Ormonde maintains legacy gold exploration assets, and applications, located in Spain.
Internal reviews have highlighted the geological potential of these projects, leading Ormonde to commence a strategic review and re-evaluation of options for advancing or otherwise extracting maximised value from the assets.
LA ZARZA ASSET
Following the sale of the La Zarza assets in Spain for EUR 2.3 million, which completed in September 2022, EUR 1.3 million has been received and EUR 1 million is due in two equal payments in September 2024 and 2025.
