Brian Timmons
Chairman of the Board
Brian has over 30 years’ experience in senior positions within companies across a range of industries, including fund management, investment banking, healthcare technology, bioscience, alternative energy and resource companies, e-commerce, telecoms and software IT. He is President, CEO and Board Chairman of TSX-V listed Solar Alliance Energy, and a director of Cre Biogen Inc, a Canadian agri-bioscience R&D company. Brian is also a director of Ormonde investee company, TRU Precious Metals.
Brian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
